1. Upload your image in "upload file"- not required since you must email the photo

2. You must email us with the image in the required file (explained below), including the color of the thread(s) and the size of width or height.

4. In the notes if you are wanting additional text embroidery (for example your name) done somewhere else that does not require digitizing, it must be included in the notes or it will not be done!

5. In the email please include, a email you will respond to quickly and/or a phone number. This is to have good and fast communication!

6. DO NOT WRITE IN THE NOTES IF YOU ARE NOT WANTING ADDITIONAL WORK DONE, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!
